    Most pest issues in our area can be addressed with our quarterly or monthly service options. These re-occurring treatments insure ongoing protection from changing seasonal pest pressures and target specific conditions that may be unique to your property.

    This service is great for the control of general pest including ants, most spiders and stinging insects, beetles, stink bugs, rodents and more.

    We have other services as well that are not subscription based to address specific infestations such as bedbugs, singular flea treatments or area treatments for events. Whatever your needs, contacting us will allow a pest control expert to recommend the most effective solution for your consideration.

  • If you have any problem with a covered pest between visits we will come and address it right away and free of charge!

  • We are currently renewing our certifications for the control of termites and other wood destroying organisms and will be offering this service soon. We prefer to use bait stations that can be monitored annually for preventative termite control. Active infestations also are treated with the appropriate method at the feeding sites.

  • We offer flexible pricing based on the needed treatment and complexity. After an initial conversation, we’ll provide a transparent quote with no hidden costs.

    Re-occurring services are normally billed at $99 per service. This includes our Premium Quarterly Program and Monthly service programs such as mosquito/tick treatments, german roach infestations, brown recluse treatments or other infestations requiring monthly visits to remedy the issue.

    Specialty and One-time services are priced depending on the scope of the desired treatment and all options will be discussed during the consultation.
